DELIVERY METHODS
Orders of 15.00 and below will be dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Post
Orders between 15.01 and 39.99 will be dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery
Orders of 40.00 and above will be sent via Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Working Day or Initial City Link Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery
Orders below 40.00 also have the option to upgrade to Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery. This option is available on the shipping page during the Checkout procedure
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We fully understand that sometimes, even with the best intentions, circumstances can change. For that reason we offer a full 7 day Money back Guarantee on ALL items sold.
Postage costs for the return of goods during this period will however not be
refunded. During Christmas periods we will extend the 7 day period to cover
unwanted gifts that can be returned for a full refund. Returned items must be in
as new condition and any seals must be unbroken.
WARRANTY REPAIRS
Even though it is quite rare, any item sold by us that develops a fault through normal usage (within the warranty period) can either be returned to us so that we can arrange repair (we pay all return postage costs) or can be sent direct to the manufacturer (again at our expense).
In the unlikely event that a repair should be required or a
replacement issued it is critical that the customer does not incur any postage
costs during this process.
