Even though all our Cameras and accessories come with a 12 Month Manufacturers Warranty we are fully aware that the Contract of Sale is between the Customer and ourselves and if in the unlikely event any problem should arise during that period we will resolve it to the Total Satisfaction of the Customer even if this means extra expense on our part to ensure this.

Digital Cameras come in 3 categories:
1. Outside Europe i.e. USA, Hong Kong
2. Europe i.e .Germany, France
3. UK- Sourced from official UK Distributors or direct from the UK Manufacture.
Great Digital Deals will only sell UK Sourced Digital Cameras.

Recycling. WEEE Directive

The United Kingdom is under an obligation to minimise the disposal of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) in domestic waste and encourage recycling, recovery and environmentally sound disposal.

Great Digital Deals offers a old for new take back program whereby we will collect free of charge any item of similar purpose or function to the item being delivered will be collected and returned to us for careful disposal in a WEEE compliant refuse centre.

Simply inform us at time of ordering that a collection is required so we can contact you to make the necessary arrangements.

This service covers electrical items displaying the crossed out wheelie bin symbol (see below) which are non recyclable by standard disposal techniques and can produce long term environmental damage if allowed to find their way into landfills.

Stock Levels.
Our website has been designed with real time stock control so as an item is purchased stock levels are automatically updated.
All items that appear on our site are in stock ready for same day or (for orders after 3.00pm) next day despatch.
The only exceptions to this are products, which will clearly display a Pre Order Icon on the product description page.
Pre order items usually mean that there is a 2-3 day waiting time for this product to arrive, unless the item is yet to be released in which case we will indicate the expected stock arrival date on the page.
Customers that order any item with a pre order icon will be contacted by Phone and e-mail to confirm a delivery date and give them the opportunity to cancel the order.

Due to the fast moving development of Digital Cameras it is sometimes near impossible to keep up with new models, which seem to be arriving on a daily basis.
